LIFESAVER PORTABLE POWER BANK SERVICE AGREEMENT

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you (the "User") and Lifesaver Power Ltd. OR Lifesaver Power B.V. (the "Company"). By accessing or using the Lifesaver Portable Power Bank Service (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Service.
1. DEFINITIONS
a. Lifesaver: Refers to the Company providing the Portable Power Bank Service.
b. User: Refers to an individual or entity utilizing the Lifesaver Portable Power Bank Service.
c. Service: Refers to the rental or purchase of portable power banks provided by Lifesaver.
2. SERVICE TERMS
a. Power Bank Rental: Users may rent a Lifesaver portable power bank for a fee and an additional deposit.
b. Rental Period: The rental period begins upon the User's receipt of the power bank and ends when the power bank is returned.
c. Fees and Deposits: Users agree to pay the specified rental fee and deposit at the time of rental. The deposit will be refunded upon the timely return of the power bank.
3. SWAP POLICY
a. Unlimited Swaps: Users are entitled to unlimited swaps of power banks during the rental period at no additional cost.
b. Return Deadline: Users must return the power bank within 5 days from the rental start date to receive a full deposit refund.
c. Late Returns: Late returns may result in a partial or full forfeiture of the deposit, as determined by Lifesaver.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Care and Maintenance: Users are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the power bank during the rental period.
b. Loss or Damage: Users are liable for any loss or damage to the power bank during the rental period, and such costs may be deducted from the deposit.
c. Safety Check: users are responsible for conducting a check on the product before use and if unsure to alert Lifesaver by calling the phone number +443338804779 or email support@lifesaverpower.com. Lifesaver will advise on the appropriate next steps.
5. DISCLAIMERS
Lifesaver is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use of the Service. The power bank is provided "as is," and Lifesaver makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
6. TERMINATION
Lifesaver reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Service, or a User's access to the Service, at its discretion, without notice.
7. MODIFICATIONS
Lifesaver may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised terms on its website. Users are responsible for reviewing the Agreement periodically and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
